i am khan from pakistan.I just back from japan.
I need your legal advise and help.
I came in Japan 2 times.
First time I came Japan on

12 sep 1992 and worked as a over stay and came back pakistan 2 sep 2000 year by myself.

2nd time
I travel to japan 7 Aug 2001 as a one year working visa (Huminities and international Relation)
every year i get extension of my visa, Last time i applied for extension on 26 jun,2007
But i did get extension untill 2 Dec 2007. 2 or 3 time i went to tokyo immigration and ask my post card. But immigration told me please wait.

2 Dec,2007 Poloce arrest me and 10 days after immigration inspector visit me in police station and tell me they reject my application of visa extension.and you become as a overstay from 8Aug 2007.
I apple to Ministary of Justis that
1- I have a medical problem and my medical treatment not finished yet.I have baret shokuju desise.
2-I did not overstay by myself.i contect many time to immigration.
But my appeal was reject.
so i get back my country.Immigration told me that you cannot back with in 10 years.

please advise me what sould i do to come back to japan again.

I want to continue my medical treatment in japan.
please help me to get permission to visit again.
