1979年９月11日、千葉県野田市で幼女殺人事件が発生。 遺体の発見状況から、警察は「変質者」による犯行と断定。遺体発見現場近くに住む青山正さんという知的障害の男性に注目して「内偵」と称した上がり込み捜査。確たる証拠もないまま、事件発生から18日目の９月29日、 青山さんは逮捕された。

警察は取調べ中、「本当は殺したんじゃねぇもの」という青山さんの声を無視し、「作られた」うその自白を強要しました。裁判所も「障害者ならやりかねない」という予断により、一・二審と懲役12年の 有罪判決。

1992年３月、最大の物証とされた「カバンのネーム片」が、警察にねつ造されていた事が発覚、弁護団は最高裁に上告趣意補充書を提出。ところが 1993年12月20日、上告は棄却された。その後、1994年８月14日に「刑期満了」で出所した青山さんとともに、再審請求に向けて「青山正さんを救援する関西市民の会」は活動を開始した。

事件当時に公開された被害者のカバンと、現在証拠として保管されているカバンが異なる疑いが強い。この物証とされるカバンとネーム片を検証するために、「青山正さんを救援する関西市民の会」は広く「キャンディキャンディの赤いカバン」の提供を呼びかけている。

「小さいころ使っていたカバンが、押し入れや倉庫の奥に眠っていませんか。カバンは見つからなくても、小さいころの写真の中にそんなカバンが写っているものはありませんか。 ぜひ、いちど捜してみてください。お父さんやお母さんにも聞いてみてください。 もしカバンや写真があったら下記までご連絡ください」とのこと。

Sep.11th, 1979, a girl killed at Noda city/Chiba. Police dogmatically concluded the crime comitted by a 'psychopath' with the body condition of the girl. A mental handicapped Tadashi Aoyama, who lived nearby the crime location, was watched and intruded his house in the name of 'secret investigation'. Then he arrested at Sep.29th without any certain evidence.

Police forced confession even though Mr.Aoyama said 'I didn't kill indeed...'. The first and second court admitted the confession with a prejudice like 'idiots might be', and judged him guilty in jail 12 year.

Mar.1992, however, the name field of a victim's bag, which is referred as the biggest material evidence, was revealed doubtful as fabricated by Police. Defense lawyers carried an appeal to the Supreme court. But it was dissmissed with a brief paper of only 13 line at Dec.20th, 1993.

After that, Aug.14th, 1994, Mr.Aoyama released from jail after the sentence completion. 'Kansai citizenship for relief Mr.Aoyama' has began to petition for retrial.

Several differense found between the photo of her[victim's] bag published at that time and a stored photo of evidential matter now we can see. They need this red old cute character[Candy Candy] bag due to validate the fabricated evidence.

They are calling "Could you provide us your bag you had when your childhood? or any photos in which we can see your bag such like this? Please dig out banquette or closet. Please ask your parents whether or not you had a bag such like this. Let us know if you have any bag or photo."
