Louise Arbour is regarded in Canada as a human rights heroine and a tireless champion of justice. So when she gave an interview to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation which was responded to by no less an authority than the lead barrister of the Rwanda War Crimes Tribunal, many were shocked at the serious allegations of wrongdoing made against her.

That there was no media follow up or investigation called for was even more bizarre given the serious nature of the charges including "war crimes". Is Louise Arbour a "war criminal? Judge for yourself:
