Tokyo wants to win the 2016 Olympic Games. Their plan decribes how they will be carbon neutral and how they are creating a 88 hectare Sea Forest forest on a one hundred meter high pile of garbage that's been dumped into Tokyo Bay. Meanwhile on the other side of town, the 87 hectare forested mountain of Minamiyama is being flattened!
