others, moment to moment, free of past reactions. By examining the
unmet needs behind what we do and say, NVC helps reduce hostility,
heal pain, and strengthen professional and personal relationships. By
learning to identify your needs and express them powerfully, as well
as to bring understanding to the needs of others, you can stay
connected to what is alive in you and create a life that it is more

(The sliding scale allow us the flexibility to include people with
less financial resources, trusting that people with more resources
will be willing to contribute more.)
